Directions for Craft Stick Frankenstein
Follow these easy steps to make your own cute green monster craft:
STEP 1: Paint the details. Paint one wide popsicle stick silver for Frankenstein’s bolts. Paint two mini popsicle sticks black for the eyebrows and mouth. Paint one coffee stirrer black for the mouth’s stitches. Set all pieces aside to dry.
STEP 2: Create the base. Arrange five wide popsicle sticks side by side. Glue two standard-size popsicle sticks across the back to hold them together. (We used spoon-style ice cream sticks.)

STEP 3: Paint Frankenstein’s head. Flip over the base, then paint the top of it black or purple for the hair, and the bottom green for the face, as pictured below. Also, paint four mini popsicle sticks black or purple to use as hair.

STEP 4: Add hair texture. Glue the four mini popsicle sticks onto the top of the base to create texture and define the outline of Frankenstein’s hair.

STEP 5: Attach the bolts. Glue the wide silver popsicle stick across the back of the base to secure all the sticks together.

STEP 6: Attach the facial features. Glue the two black mini popsicle sticks onto the face to create Frankenstein’s eyebrows and mouth.

STEP 7: Add the mouth stitches. Cut the black coffee stirrer into small pieces. Glue 4 across the mouth to create Frankenstein’s stitches.

STEP 8: Attach the eyes. Glue on the eyes to complete Frankenstein’s face. Once everything is dry, your Frankenstein popsicle stick craft is ready to display. Enjoy your fun Halloween creation!
