Halloween is just around the corner! If you are searching for simple and unique no-carve pumpkin ideas, you may feel inspired by our No-Carve Nature Pumpkins. My children enjoyed scavenging a local park for leaves, pinecones, acorns, maple seeds, twigs, and Ohio buckeyes! Nature pumpkins are easy to assemble and look cute for fall.

To make nature pumpkins, you will need a hot glue gun, a pie pumpkin, and natural materials from the ground. We are blessed to live near a park that grows Ohio buckeye trees, but you can buy buckeye nuts HERE if you don’t have any in your area.
My son used a paper punch to cut circles from brown oak leaves for our pumpkin’s “rosy” cheeks. Our maple trees haven’t changed color yet, so we couldn’t find any red leaves to use. He attached all of the natural objects with the hot glue gun except for the leaves. Those he tied to the pumpkin’s stem with twine.
