Ingredients
1 1/2cupsall-purpose flour
3/4cupwhite sugar
1/2tsppink sea salt
2tspbaking powder
1/3cupcanola oil
1egg
1 tspvanilla extract
1/3cupmilk
1/2cupmini chocolate chips
Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 350° F. Line muffin tins with paper cups or parchment paper.
Mix the dry ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl.
Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients, then pour in the wet ingredients. Mix well.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Scoop the muffin batter into the muffin cups until 3/4 full.
Bake muffins for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
